Divenire by Nadia Marmondi
“Divenire” explores the symbolism of rocks and the parallelism with human beings in their journey through time. Through evocative images, it is highlighted how rocks carry with them the history of millennia, and in the same way individuals carry with them the essence of their life path.
Rock photographs highlight the complexity of human identity, with layers, textures and imperfections that tell a unique story. Just as rocks undergo metamorphosis due to external agents, human beings face experiences of growth and change, which transform them into unique individuals over time.
The action of water on rocks becomes a symbol of constantly evolving human emotions, shaping and creating unique emotional landscapes that belong to our identity.
Author's Biography
Nadia Marmondi was born in 1998, always a very creative person and lover of art. I graduated in accounting and worked for four years in an accounting firm. During my career I understand that I am not part of that world and so I decide to leave and dedicate myself completely to my passion, photography. I enrolled at the Italian Institute of Photography in Milan and graduated in 2023.
